Purpose
The purpose of the DNV global technical trainee programme is to train the best technical candidates into a core of highly qualified young employees that will strengthen DNV’s global network of competence. The development of the trainee’s competence can be either technically wide or technical edge. In addition, it may in the longer term develop and secure potential future leaders within the organisation.
Qualifications
We are primarily seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Post-graduate qualification, i.e. MEng, MSc, or equivalent. Strong academic results, international experience and extracurricular activities are pre-requisites
- Maximum 1 year of working experience. A good mix of academic and practical skills is a pre-requisite
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Customer focused with commercial awareness and good communication skills
- Committed to a two-year intensive learning program
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate abroad
- Interest in working in an international environment
- On successful completion of the trainee programme, candidates will start working in a permanent position in their home region.
