Management+trainee+programme

Join our challenging and comprehensive trainee programme for young business graduates. Our two year trainee programme will give you the chance to work in different countries and experience diverse cultures and job assignments. After the trainee period is completed you will be offered a relevant job in one of the units within DNV.

Purpose

The purpose of the DNV management trainee programme is to recruit and develop top talents into future leader candidates within Finance and HR, who are well accustomed to the DNV best practice and will strengthen DNV’s global competence network.

Given the nature of DNV’s business and how the company is structured it is critical to constantly recruit qualified individuals with a strong desire for an international career within the company. This programme is part of DNV’s overall recruitment policy and is meant to fill key administrative and financial positions in the company world-wide. Consequently it is of great importance that successful candidates are interested in living and working abroad for three years or more as part of their career in DNV.

Qualifications

  • We are primarily looking for business graduates, MSc in Business Administration, but degrees within Organisational psychology, Management and the like are also of interest.

  • Maximum two years of working experience

  • Since the programme structure requires that part of the trainee programme takes place abroad, fluent English, written and spoken, is a pre-requisite

  • Candidates with strong academic results, international experience and extra curricular activities are recommended to apply

  • Priority will be given to candidates who are willing to re-locate abroad and who are interested in working in an international environment

On successful completion of the trainee programme, candidates will be offered a permanent position within the DNV organisation.
