There are several different mentoring programmes in DNV, which are all designed for the participants to get coaching from experienced managers, develop their skills and to increase their network in the organisation. The mentoring programmes offer development opportunities to different employee groups.
Examples of current mentoring programmes:
- The formal technical training programme in Maritime includes mentoring
- Local mentoring programme in Norway for new managers and manager talents
- International mentoring programme for female technical managers and manager talents. This programme is part of a corporate initiative to increase the number of female managers
